You will love this dinner - it's quick to prepare, full of flavor, and so much fun to eat! Join Chef Amy and learn an easy Bulgogi marinade that is equally delicious on beef, pork or chicken - your choice! Then we'll create a fresh, unfermented Cucumber Kimchi (aka Summer Kimchi) that is crunchy and delicious. The meal is rounded out with a pot of simple white rice and lettuce leaves. You and your family can eat all the components separately or use the lettuce to create tasty wrapped bites.
